Information Quality in Wikipedia: Summary of Research by Stvilia

Methodoligy
(1) case study, based on the data are from English Wikipedia site(Mar.2005-Sep.2007), to get an overview of Wikipedia work patterns and dynamics
(2) manual examination of the process logs and discussion, policy, and user pages, to get a in-depth sight of the formal and informal (active) components of IQ assurance work
